The Hardware: What device is acting as your Roon Server (e.g., a Nucleus, a Windows PC, a Mac, or a NAS)?
The Remote: What device are you using to try to connect (e.g., an iPhone, an iPad, or a different computer)?
The Screen: When you open the app, what exactly do you see? Is it stuck on the “spinning Roon logo,” or does it say “Looking for your Roon Server”?
We’ve occasionally seen the Sky router’s internal firewall or “Smart Setup” feature block the local discovery protocol that Roon uses. If your server is connected via Wi-Fi, try plugging it directly into the router with an Ethernet cable
