Thanks for writing in, it’s good to see you on the community again! Sorry to hear about your issues launching Roon.

To confirm, is Roon Server running, and you’re having issues opening the Roon remote on your windows to navigate around Roon, or is Roon Server falling to open and run? Lets see if refreshing your remote database on the windows may help:

  • Exit out of Roon
  • Navigate to your Roon Database Location
  • Find the folder that says “Roon”
  • Rename the “Roon” folder to “Roon_old”
  • Reinstall the Roon App from our Downloads Page to generate a new Roon folder
