@Jesse I have the same iPad, and I have seen this scrolling behaviour, but rarely - it is a strange thing surely, and unpleasant too.
Have you updated to the latest? Do you have any of the issues I describe here https://community.roonlabs.com/t/issues-with-roon-remote-2-0-25
