Description of Issue

After the latest release, my old MBPro only works as a remote. I can’t play through the USB computer speakers or even see them (or the MBPro) in Settings. Is this an OSX issue or Roon?

For additional clarity, my Macbook Pro is running El Capitan 10.11.6, and Release 904 of Roon (which was supposed to fix the issue with local speakers on older Macs. It seems that this is not completely fixed! Screenshot from Roon settings below.

Roon Crashes When I switch to "iMac" Audio Zone and Does Not Show Headphones

Hi @Philip_Stillman, Thank you for getting back in touch with these additional details. We’re pulling logs to take a closer look. When you uninstalled and reinstalled Roon on your MAC remote did you remove all Roon files and empty the trash on the Mac? Additionally, can you check to ensure that you allowed the necessary Roon Server exceptions in your Mac firewall settings?

@jamie any update from Roon on this issue - Release 904 has not solved the problem for me either. I cannot see the local zone on my older Macbook Pro - see the Support issue raised 21st Febriary.
