Description Of Issue

Using iPhone as Control. When sending audio to the AppleTV, it seems unaware of it and goes to sleep as per the AppleTV sleep settings (15 minutes). I do get audio, it plays fine, but it doesn’t show album art, time of track or anything. Just audio and goes to sleep after 15 minutes.

Anyone else has this issue - how to resolve?

Hi @Patrick_Ouellet,

I checked with our team on this. Unfortunately it looks like this might be a general issue with the AppleTV as we’ve found some other reports of similar behavior reported online. There is nothing on the Roon side of things that can be changed to prevent the device from going to sleep.
