As previous topics have been closed, here’s a new one. It’s incredibly frustrating, please fix it!
Here we see a couple of missing album covers, Revival and More, I know they were there once upon a time. And some Cat Clyde albums which look colorful, let’s click on her…
So, apparently several Cat Clyde albums don’t have any artwork after all 
Is it really so difficult? I don’t know, I’d just like to see it fixed 
Clear image cache and see if they come back.
Nope. For @mikeb, myself and others, the covers in ARC disappear all the time as soon as we go offline, even for downloaded albums. I.e., you look at an album and the cover is fine, you go offline, and bang, 50% are gone or replaced by low-res cached versions.
ARC (with downloads) had been working great lately, got on a plane for a 9 hour flight, and suddenly no album art 
I’m still not sure what “offline mode” does, but I know it doesn’t restore the pictures.
Just landed, ARC reconnected with Roon, album art back. Is this your way of punishing people? Can we not just dump previously downloaded album art when offline?
Given that this is a long outstanding “feature”, a “we’re looking into this” would be encouraging 
There is some here, but I don’t understand why it’s so difficult:
Is this only an issue for a few unlucky ones, or wider? Perhaps I should just bite the bullet, delete, and start over… it’s all just so frustrating and time consuming…
I’ve reinstalled many times for other reasons but it never helped with this.
I don’t know, but I also don’t know what could even go wrong with saving the cover image along with the download and then displaying it.

And I don’t think it was ever „fixed in the past“ for me. Whenever I thought it was (after the odd announcement in EA was made like „we fixed instances of missing covers“) it turned out that simply scrolling a bit farther in a list still made missing covers appear, anyway.
