Description of Issue

When I try to login with account and password from the ARC app, there is a endless waiting at the login page, never success while my iPhone 14 works fine.

What should I try to solve this login problem?

I found that I can’t login the web service with my HUAWEI Mate X5 running HarmonyOS.
Is Roon service compatible with HarmonyOS?

Hi @Rayman_Lyu,

At this time, Roon and ARC have not undergone any quality assurance testing on this device and it don’t fall within the supported platforms for the app. However, many users have found success with ARC on a wide variety of platforms, phones, and tablets that are officially untested.

However, you might be encountering a browser redirect issue that is triggering a login loop. If you install and set a different default browser on the phone, does that help or change symptoms here?

I tried different browsers such as Edge, Chrome
, Firefox and tried login with my Roon account as well as my Apple ID, it didn’t help.

It seems that it is not the problem with HarmonyOS and Roon ARC. I found that I can’t login any service from roon.app with my Win11 PC which using Edge and Chrome browsers, too. The login button in the login window is endless looping.

It did work well with my iPhone and MacBook pro in the same network environment, but not work with my Win11 PC and HUAWEI Mobile.

I just paid for a lifetime license last week, any suggestions should I try?

Hi @Rayman_Lyu,

The Samsung S24 and OnePlus 12 releases have unveiled issues with other proprietary Android 14-based operating systems’ color handling.

These issues don’t match your symptoms entirely, but since there is adjacent work on fully supported platforms, you should hopefully see improvement here when we release the fix. It’s not slated to be in the upcoming release, but you will see it in #earlyaccess release notes when we push it out for testing.
