Description of Issue

I cannot connect to using ARC on my iPhone, I get the following message in the diagnostics data window:

Does anyone know what the problem is please?

What country are you in and what is your internet provider?

Hi Ged, I’m in the UK and the provider is EE, thanks.

Is it normal broadband or a SIM 5G type connection?
If it’s broadband then this might help

Hi Ged, Many thanks for your reply, I am on conventional wired broadband, not 5G my router is a TP Link Archer VR2800 and not an EE router. Hope this helps.

Have you forwarded the port using this guide?

Hi Ged, I have set up the core as a static IP and open a port as the instructions you forwarded, and it has all worked. Many thanks for your time and help. Regards, Bruce.
