Hi @Leo_Method,
Thanks for reaching out to us about this problem. I activated some diagnostics on your account and I’m seeing that your server is showing a lot of networking errors. So we should start by troubleshooting the connection between your server and the router.

Since you are using a Windows PC, I would verify that both Roon.exe and RAATServer.exe have been added as exceptions to your Windows firewall.

You can use these instructions to add the exceptions and the executables themselves would be located in your Database Location/Application folder path.

I would also add these exceptions to any Antivirus or other Firewall blocking applications you may have and ensure that you connected to your network via a Private network, not a Public one, see this guide for more information.

If your issues persist after doing the above please provide us the following information so we can continue troubleshooting.

  • How is your Roon server connected to the router (i.e. are you using ethernet or Wi-Fi)?
  • Are you using any networking hardware like switches with your server?
