The JSON you provided suggests there’s a timeout issue when connecting to your Roon Server.

Please try using a VPN to see if it resolves the issue. We recommend Tailscale for this purpose.

Just checking in on this. Were you able to try connecting through a VPN, ideally Tailscale, and see whether that clears up the timeout between your device and the Roon Server? If you did give it a try, let us know what you found, or if you need a hand with the setup instructions we sent over.
