I starting having this problem an hour ago. This morning it was working fine. Eventually I get an unhelpful error “Something went wrong while syncing to your Roon Core”.

I’ve split your post into a dedicated thread where we can troubleshoot directly. We’ve taken a glance at automated diagnostics sent to our server for your account and there are numerous network-related failures logged by Roon ARC. However, we’ll need to know more about your setup to diagnose the blockage.
Are you able to provide the following information so we can more efficiently pinpoint what’s wrong?
- What is your RoonServer machine, and how is it connected to the internet (ethernet/wifi)?
- Please copy/paste any diagnostic messages from Roon → Settings → ARC.
- How many routers are in your local network? What about other network hardware, like switches? Please include a basic schematic or description of how it’s connected, such as:
RoonServer machine —> mesh node ----> router

This resolved itself after uninstalling Roon ARC and rebooting the host PC, then starting the app and using the android task manager to kill it when it got stuck. Then then when I reloaded it everything worked. Not sure which specific step actually fixed things or it was just a coincidence.
