Unfortunately, the issue hasn’t been resolved for me. I already tried all of the mentioned steps including setting up a new roon instance with backup restore and Roon Arc (iOS) reinstallation. I cannot start from scratch due to many hours invested in library tagging.
To confirm, have you tested out running Arc on a fresh database temporarily? This would be a good thing to test out. You can always restore a fresh backup if need be (just make sure you have a recent backup saved!)
I also see you have a MacOS device you use as a Roon Remote. If possible, can you test out running this device as your Core, and see if you’re able to get Arc up and running?
Thanks for the update. I feel it important to mention that I’ve had to move your thread into #tinkering due to your core running via docker, and this setup is not officially supported by Roon.
That said, there are certainly folks on community with similar setups that may be able to provide additional knowledge for you.
Thanks for your understanding and you have my apologies in that I’m not able to provide any further troubleshooting steps.
I just updated my last post. The error seems to be related to my music database and not the server settings. Could there be a particular file or tag causing this issue?
