It’s 2025 now… figured I’d ping the community and devs and ask if the new year is going to bring a fix to the “can’t log in to Arc on iPad” problem, or if we might have to wait for Santa this year. Here’s hoping the world’s most awesome home audio software also becomes the world’s most awesome away from home audio software in 2025. OMG would I love Arc working on my iPad… would be Christmas early.
Ok community, bang on this post and make some noise if you’d like to see this topic get some new traction this year.
It should be possible (and always has been, or at least for a very long time) to install and log into ARC on the iPad. I’ve had it installed for ages. It just uses the phone UI though, not full screen. (Roon Labs seems to be working on this).
If login fails for you, this is probably an issue you should raise in Support.
Believe me… the topic has been raised here to support and “we’re working on it”… etc for quite a while now. That topic was closed here until they figure something out… that was not recent lol.
Anyway… here’s hoping the new year brings new solutions.
Works for me too. No issues. Except it doesn’t look good (hopefully we get an actual iPad version soon). And then, more importantly, hopefully offline Roon improves significantly (right now - it is an awful experience, especially if you are offline for an extended period of time)
Working on what? Like I said, it works for me and many others on iPad.

If you mean this that you posted in, it was closed with a fix. However, there were different people in this thread and their issues may have not been the same. So if your problem isn’t fixed by this, you should still open your own Support ticket to get looked at.
Weeks ago, I had the same problem you had on my iPad. Disconnecting and reconnecting from the server did the trick. (Or something like that… i don’t remember exactly, but it worked.)
