ARC login "something went wrong"

Hi,
My ARC reset itself again today, I suspect after the hotfix was deployed. After the reset it still had my user logged in, but in the screen of choosing the active profile there were no profiles shown (happened to me before).
So I clicked back to do the full login again. But since then the login simply doesn’t work. After I login with the browser I get a “something went wrong” message in ARC.

I’m having the same problem since this morning. When I click login again the login sometimes seems to work (I get a page showing my account), but Roon Arc still asks for a login.

The issue now resolved itself

I’m still having the problem on both my Samsung tablet and Samsung phone. Most of the time I get to a redirect screen that never connects. Once in a while I seem to get logged in (account summary page) but Roon Arc still asks for a login. I’ve tried:

  • Reinstall Roon Arc app.
  • Restart Roon server and OS on my Roon core (ROCK running on a NUC)
  • Log out and in on my regular Roon clients. (took a long time, but worked).
  • Log in on Roon website (worked).
