The update might have changed something in the settings as until yesterday everything worked fine.

Is this an Ubiquiti gateway and managed switch? If so, the issue is probably related to the Dream Machine’s configuration, and you’ll most likely need to resolve this yourself, since Roon does not recommend the use of enterprise grade managed switches for use with Roon.
However, the diagnostics you’ve provided suggest that UPnP is not properly configured on your router.
Please first try the following steps:
Try to enable UPnP/NATPMP in the web administration interface for the router directly upstream from your RoonServer
Try to manually open the port in your router’s port forwarding configuration
Make sure the IP/Port matches the Port listed in Roon → Settings → ARC
Check for any VPNs or Firewalls that might be interfering
It’s the experience of users in this forum that Telefonica has implemented CG-NAT, which blocks port forwarding. The managed network implementation might be contributing to the blockage.
In either case, the workaround would be to rely on Tailscale for NAT traversal instead of port forwarding. This is easy to install alongside RoonServer and ARC, respectively, and creates a secure connection over cellular data.
…but everything worked perfectly until today with Telefonica and the only thing that has changed is the Dream Machine upgrade. And Telefonica says they don’t use CG-Nat…
While I couldn’t solve it yesterday after several server (and router) reboots, it fixed itself after my daily programmed server reboot tonight. Strange…
