ARC Not Connecting (ORBI Mesh)

Roon Core Machine

Tried updating the firmware, toggling UPnP, etc. Not sure what’s wrong. Anybody else have this error log?

}

Fixed it. Enabled Bridge Mode.

Delete. Error.

I have similar problem with my Orbi setup.Did you tick a box for bridge mode in the Orbi settings? or on the downstream modem? I’m not tech savvy . I think Originally just turned the wifi off on my modem and the Orbi took over router functions. At the time I didn’t check any boxes in the orbi settings.I’d appreciate any advice to get ARC working away from my home network.
cheers James

Hi, ARC is not connecting and I use the Orbi 750 mesh. The Roon Core is on a fixed IP of 192.168.1.2 and the UPnP is on on the router. Ive tried manual port forwarding and while the router updates the Roon ARC cannot be configured. Here is the latest message on Roon ARC page
{
“connectivity”: {“status”:“NetworkTimeout”,“status_code”:998,“error”:“”},
“external_ip”: {“actual_external_ip”:“x.x.x.x”,“router_external_ip”:null},

“upnp_autoconfig”: {“server_ip”:“192.168.1.1”,“found_upnp”:true,“error”:“<s:Envelope xmlns:s="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/\” s:encodingStyle="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/encoding/\“><s:Body><s:Fault>s:ClientUPnPError<UPnPError xmlns="urn:schemas-upnp-org:control-1-0">501ActionFailed</s:Fault></s:Body></s:Envelope>”}
}

I was able to get it working by using the orbi router’s ip address for port forwarding. I opened a support question asking if this is safe to do…?

To clarify, I enabled bridge mode on the upstream gateway.
