Description of Issue

I’ve been getting the message “searching for Roon core” for several weeks now when I try to run Arc. It briefly worked for me with no difficulty when I first installed it. I reinstalled the Arc app and have done all updates to my devices. In the Roon app, Settings - Arc shows “Ready”.

Did it appear (coincidentally) with a recent software update?

No, it’s been like that for several weeks. There have been a few software updates in the meantime. I only got around to posting about it today.

OK so now it’s working again. I had powered off the NUC Core for a while and restarted it unconnected to my network and internet. I then powered it up again and connected to network and internet. Then I deleted and reinstalled the ARC app. And now ARC seems to be working properly!
