Reposting thread that closed yesterday here ARC - poor connection [SOLVED].
Seeing same issue and I have 300 Mbps uplink on the LAN my core is on and over 50 Mbps down on a cellular connection and still seeing this. Moved mobile device onto the sam esubnet as core via WiFi and issue persists. Something seems wrong here, appears to be a bug.
