The list of favorite albums is displaying in reverse order that I want and it won't let me change it. Normally I use date added with the arrow pointing down so it's the most recent albums added at the top, Arc does not respond anymore to that. It's the same with other sorting methods such as most played or artists name or album title.

Router is a Netgear Nighthawk mesh router. Modem is just standard issue from Spectrum internet, no brand name on it.
Thank you for the report. Just to be clear, does the arrow icon respond to touch (reversing sort order) for any of the browsers in ARC for you? Try the Playlists or Tracks browser as well.
We see the device in diagnostics but for due diligence also want to confirm the make/model of phone you’re using here. We’ll attempt to reproduce this in-house and respond shortly. Thanks!
We haven’t been able to reproduce this quite yet - for due diligence, could you please quit Roon Arc and reboot your device and see if the same issue occurs?
It may be worth stopping your Roon Server and rebooting your server machine as well.
I quit Arc and restarted my phone, also shut down nucleus one and restarted it but no change.
I even uninstalled Arc and downloaded a new one but that didn’t do anything either.
And just to be clear this is only happening with Arc, the Roon remote app on the phone works fine.

When is the last time ARC synced with your database over home WiFi? We ask because the ARC instance requesting sort data from RoonServer that comes back either null or in an unexpected format. More broadly, there are sync and authorization failures accumulating within the ARC version of the database.
If you’ve synced ARC within the last few days, disregard below.
If not, does this issue still reproduce if you test any of the following?
Temporarily disable Tidal in Roon Settings and then resync ARC on your home WiFi.
Test the inverse - disable your Watched Folders and sync ARC with only Tidal data
Is this true for artists for which you have no albums saved in your library?

Thanks for trying that out. We spoke with our developers about your case, and they suspect the issue may be related to connectivity. To help confirm this theory, can you please check if the sort function works properly when your phone is connected to your home Wi-Fi?
