ARC stopped showing album art and buffering issues

I use Android Auto on my 2022 platinum. ARC is on my cell phone so naturally ARC is offered up on the trucks screen.

When I select ARC from the truck screen I always have control of ARC. Audio plays but occasionally I don’t get art work or album art or anything video like recommended albums photos. This problem comes and goes.

I get all artwork and graphics on my phone in ARC but not on my Android Autos screen Sometimes.

What’s the mechanics of ARC audio and graphics from phone to truck?

I have an issue where my music keeps buffering.

I’m using a Intel NUC.

Working connection to my Android phone. No buffering. I’m connecting to my sync 4 in truck.

When I’m running core app from the truck occasional music cut outs. Sometimes core just shuts off playing and I have to go to my phone and start playback to get it to play. Playing music directly to phone I have no problems. It’s when connecting to truck is the problem.

I have gig speed on home network up and down.
I have 500mb up and down on phone.

I also get buffering to truck when I’m in my home’s wifi in driveway. My phone speed is 700mb on wifi.
Trying to isolate.

On top of buffering occasionally I don’t get album art or graphics on truck but I do with the phone. The art and graphics do show up after some time.

What is the connection between my phone and Android Auto? Is it a combination of wifi and Bluetooth?

I try to run AA wired but that connection wont work. Just trying to see if my problem is the connection between phone and AA.

Different topic … I want to put a full time phone in truck to run AA. I want to use the hugh speed modem teathered. I know that will require wifi. But I also need wifi from phone to AA. Will doing a wired connection solve the wifi problem? That is if I can get a wired connection.
