Description of Issue

I am unable to connect - I still see error 504 (the now famous NAT layer 2). My router is TP-Link Archer C7 which I connect to the cable modem. Unfortunately, my ISP (Cable TV) says they can’t change any settings … Does that mean I won’t use ARC? Oh, you did it wrong!

  3. Do you have any additional network hardware, like additional routers or managed switches?
  4. Does your network have any VPNs, proxy servers, or enterprise-grade security?
