ARC unable to connect due to Tailscale issue (ref#P6PDG3)

· My only router was provided by my ISP

ARC Status

· ARC is *Not Ready*

Roon Error Code

· The ARC settings page says "Not Ready," but I can still connect to ARC via cellular data. I'm having another problem.

the message I get on Arc " Your Roon Server is online but there is an issue that's preventing access. i can't get tailscale connected to my set up. Need guidance

Did you recently do any of the following?

  1. move your RoonServer between computers

  2. restore a Backup of your Roon database

  3. go about 14 days or more without signing into ARC

These can all invalidate the session authorization with your server. What do you see in your Nucleus WebUI? Can you share a screenshot here?

Worst case, you’d need to reinstall the app and redownload any local content you have downloaded to the phone.
