ARC with CarPlay always times out

I’m trying to use ARC via CarPlay, but it always times out and reports “Something went wrong; could not load the page.”

I get this message in the Roon app: “Your Roon Core was automatically configured and has been confirmed to be securely accessible by Roon ARC.”

My ISP is Comcast (i.e. Xfinity) and I’m using a Surfboard modem in conjunction with an Asus Zen router. Are there any known incompatibilities?

I’ve got about 200 albums, all hi-res, on my core, taking up about 8.5T. Am hoping that’s not the problem…
