Description of Issue

I am unable to get ARC working. This is the error I get:
{
“connectivity”: {“status”:“NetworkError”,“status_code”:504,“error”:“error: Error: ETIMEDOUT, response code: undefined, body: undefined connected? undefined”},
“external_ip”: {“actual_external_ip”:“xxxxxxxxxx”,“router_external_ip”:null},
“natpmp_autoconfig”: {“status”:“NotFound”},
“upnp_autoconfig”: {“status”:“NotFound”}

upnp created the port forwarding rule. It looks correct.
I can see that ARC is listening using the port and internal ip
My external ip is correct
I can’t reach the port using the external ip
I saw reports that Telus blocks commonly used server ports, but don’t know if they are blocking this port.

Temporarily disable the firewall on your Windows 11 machine to rule it out as the problem. If it is the problem make sure you have a firewall rule for the port Roon ARC wants to use.

Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately it was not the windows firewall. Same error when I disabled.

What ISP are you on?

The ISP is Telus

Hey @Mike_Adendorff,

I wanted to check in on this thread to see if you were still having issues getting arc setup?

Here is another thread with some additional steps on how to get arc running on a Telus router:

Let me know if any of the above information helps :pray:
