Asustor app does not find shared folder, "unaspectederror"

roonserver on a asustor nas last release

all connect on lan
i shared folder on my pc windows 10, i fond with oppo 203 or another pc. i try find folder with nas but error occured, i try with my nas and friend’s nas, same problem.

Can you share a screenshot of the Windows folder’s share settings as well as a screenshot of what you’re entering into Roon? You’ll want to make sure that you’re entering the username and password from the Windows machine for this as well.

The same folder work with synology nas with roonserver app work perfectly
