Describe the issue

I have just switched from a free trial to paid subscription and updated the roon software. Now I have lost my audio devices, I can still access Tidal, Qobuz and my library on a NAS, but non of my sonos or Roon ready devices.

Describe your network setup

Its a virgin connection to internet, a mesh system. Sonos and a Roon ready player over wifi, my roon server is on a mac mini plugged into my network with thernet cable. It has worked perfectly for past week before the upgarde and my switch to paid service.

Do the devices show in Roon “settings/audio”? If so, are they enabled there?

Try rebooting everything including your router.

Hi, I did a reboot, didn’t turn Roon off just rebooted the mac. Restarted and it didn’t have any effect. I tried again, this time turning Roon off first then rebooting, this time it worked and everything is back to normal. All very odd. Thanks for responding.

Hi, nothing was showing in Settings/Audio other than the speaker of the machine that the server was on (my mac mini). I did a reboot and its all back to normal, see next post. Thanks for asking.
