Good day @SSB !

I hope you’re doing well today.

macOS Sequoia (version 15), has tighter (and more obfuscated) network security settings than preceding MacOS versions.

Can you please navigate to macOS System Settings > Privacy & Security > Local Network, and make sure Roon and Roon Server are allowed.

If it is already enabled, toggle it off and on again. Then reboot your Mac, and see if the same issue persists.

In case that did not help please download some IP Locator software on your mac and please check with it whether any of your audio devices are visible within your local network and let us know.

Thanks!

Looking forward to your reply!

Regards.

I did as suggested but still not able to access any of my players. Actually, after rebooting my Mac laptop and opening the Roon app, it is hung up on “Waiting for your Roon Server”. My Mac is my server. It is stuck on this page now. Not sure what happened, everything was working just fine yesterday.

Hey @SSB,

Thanks for the update! It could be the case that Roon Server didn’t auto-start after rebooting your mac.

If you head into your applications folder > Roon > right-click to ‘Show Package Contents’ > double click ‘Roon Server’ and see if it starts afterward.

You should see a Roon Jellyfish in the upper right-hand corner of your macOS taskbar. Once you see the Jellyfish- see if you can click it > and enable ‘Launch at startup’.

We’ll be monitoring for your reply, thank you! :folded_hands:
