Could you provide the details of your Roon setup and how it is connected to your network.
I’m assuming you have a ROCK installation on a NUC, is this correct?

impossible to know how install caodes no way 100 try and nothing its good ur explications are confuse cause we nee screen or video tutorial

Did you follow the directions found here
One tricky point is that the downlowded file should be unzipped several times.

This looks like a Windows error dialog to me.
And here especially:
NOTE: If you use a Windows N version or similar then exactly those codecs are missing tough. Use Microsoft’s instructions to install those codecs anyway (and thereby transforming your N version into a regular one I guess). Look here: windows media feature pack - Google Search
