Thanks for that information! For a next step, please :
- Turn your media player off
- Turn off any network box connecting it to your Wi-Fi router
- Turn off your Wi-Fi router box, wait 30 seconds, then turn it back on; when internet has been restored
- Turn on your network box
- Turn on your media player
- Log back into Roon
- Login to Qobuz with your existing credentials
If your issue persists after going through the above, I would suggest the clearing of your cache on your Roon database.
- Exit out of Roon
- Find and open your Roon database
- Navigate to
Roon/Cache
- Move the contents of the
/Cache
folder elsewhere, like your desktop - Try restarting Roon and verify if the issue still occurs
