Auralic aries & Chord QUTEST (Uncertified) device list empty

Auralic aries Femto & Chord QUTEST (USB)

My qutest is marked as Uncertified and if I try to identify it, the search box does not offer to select any device, The list is empty.
This happens every time I change the IP of the Auralic.

When this happens are you eventually able to get things to work until the IP changes?

Any change with a reboot?
