Auralic Aries frequently disconnected after few songs

All storage connected to Roon Core via USB
Roon Core : Wifi over to router (Core direct connect to a wifi extender)

Number of Tracks in Library

Music library = 38,377 tracks

Description of Issue

After upgraded to Roon 1.8, frequent disconnection from end point (Auralic Aries). Roon core unable to detect end point.


Before upgrading to Roon 1.8 no such issue occur.

Let’s start by doing a simple full reboot of the Core machine, Router, and the devices in your signal chain - most specifically the Auralic Aries. Power Down, unplug the machine, wait a couple minutes, plug back in, power up and see if that helps.

My apologies for the not seeing your set-up clearly… is your Core directly connected to your router or to the extender? Can you also specify which Auralic Aries you’re using?

Can you also please go to Settings>About and include a screenshot of that page please?
