Thank you for your post. Diagnostics assocaited with your account show RoonServer has initiated a network handshake with a Roon Ready AGD Axxess Forte unit since you last posted.

Did you resolve this with a firmware update/power cycle, or are you still having issues with this Zone?

Please share a screenshot of the Settings → Audio page in Roon if you require further assistance.

it still not working till now. i have installed latest software and reboot the Axxess forte, but still listed as uncertified.

Thanks for the screenshot. I did some checking and I think the model string that were getting from your Forte isn’t matching what device db is expecting. I need to talk to the team in charge of this aspect to help with this. I’ll let you know when we know more.

Thank you for your patience while I looked into this issue for you. We got in touch with AGD, and they believe the firmware on your Forte may be out of date. They’re happy to assist you with updating it, or if you’d prefer to handle it yourself, the firmware is available here: http://firmware.aavik-acoustics.com/Axxess_Forte/

Hi Daniel, sorry late reply. as i need to buy the RS232 cable to USB to try my luck and update the software. and i did! the process was so easy and fast! now roon able to shake hands with my Forte 1 instantly.
