Roon no longer recognizes Moon 280-D DAC
How to fix?
Have you done basic troubleshooting like rebooting everything from the network outward?
Yes I have rebooted multiple times. The Moon. The Roon. The switch. The router. The Roon continues to see all of the music on the network drive. It only lost connection to the Moon DAC.
Try a manufacturer reset on the moon perhaps?
Removed AC cords from Roon and Moon DAC. Left both unplugged for 3 minutes. Then replugged and rebooted. NOW the Roon sees the Moon DAC again. Reboots without disconnecting power cords on both devices was not enough to do the trick. Issue resolved.
