Backup failed, claims disk is full

My backups have failed with a claim that disk is full error. It’s a NAS with over 8TB’s free.
I’ve tried new locations and it still fails.
Any ideas?

Make sure to describe your network configuration/topology, including any networking hardware currently in use, so we can have a clear understanding of how your devices are communicating.

How are you connecting to the NAS, via Hostname or IP?
