This area has been cleaned up and more context has been added. For your question about balanced/balanced - balance refers to DSP balancing of audio channels (controlling the gain on left / right channels), while balanced refers to the streaming quality setting (higher quality then lossy setting but lower than cd quality). Hope this helps!
