@noris still up set Roon issues.
Here’re my investigated more.

1. Change from Roon ROCK to Roon Server run on Windows 10 on existing NUC
2. Installed Roon Server on another Laptop

• Both experiment result the same FAILED!

My options at this moment.

• Option 1 Buy new DAC cost around 1,000 USD. that tested by Roon.
• Option 2 Stop use Roon and use JRiver instead because I haven’t get any problem from JRiver with Resonessence Concero HD

My Conclusion
I will go option 2 because I don’t want to pay 1,000 USD for new DAC.

Please attempt playback to the device on Windows 10 and provide us a set of Roon Logs. Instructions on how to gather the logs can be found here:
