Hello,
Looking for speaker advice….
I am looking for a speaker with the widest soundstage, super spatial, with an emphasis on vocals and acoustic instruments…. Not volume.
Roon ready is optional (if this pi setup works well). Form factor is inportant, as these are secondary rooms where I want the speaker to be as close to invisible as possible. Open to sound bars…. Needs to be self powered… ideally less than 500 but I can be convinced…. Ideally 300! Am on a budget these days……
I tried an elac but it sounds mono and beat for loud rock… not my cup of tea.
My main setup is b&w, prima Luna, and holo audio, so my ears are a little spoiled…
Any suggestions?
Thank you!

You might want to try something like a Genelec G One except those are $350 each not a pair.
Do you need stereo? Something like a Tivoli clock radio has a great sound, not loud, blends into a bedroom nicely.
You’ll get more traditional recommendations just throwing out some different ones.
Wiim Amp does everything- inc. Roon, room correction and sub out- for £249 in UK right now. Pick up some used bookshelf speakers/ cheaper wharfedales etc, upgrade down the line.
I swapped over some LSX IIs in a desktop system for the Wiim with the smallest Dali Opticons and near field I prefer the new set up.
Your main system sounds great btw.
I pulled the trigger on a used pair of Kef LSX II’s… can’t wait to hear em!
Thank you all for your advice…
love the Roon setup.

Too late, but Ruark MR1 Mk2s sound great. Even without a little reinforcement from a sub
