Hello. My annual membership will renew automatically at the end of september and my card details:: last 4 digits of my card number and expiry date are showing on my account. However the 3 digit security CSV number is not showing it’s just blank here. Do i need to fill this in or can the money be taken automatically without this?

Hi @musickid, you’re good to go and don’t need to take any further action. Our payment processor (Stripe) only uses the CVC/CVV code in its initial validation of your card information, and does not store that data which is why you don’t see it.

We leave the empty field there in the event that you need to update your payment information, in which case Stripe needs to do the CVC/CVV check again.
