Black screen on Android after accessing ARC

Description of Issue

Roon works perfect. Never problems. I did the ARC test with good result.
Installed the ARC app. Worked for one minute. Now, when I start the app, I see the ARC logo for one second; after that black screen (waited 2 hours).
ARC deinstalled and again installed but still black screen

You have my sincerest apologies for the delayed response here, we’ve been dealing with a higher-than-usual volume following our release and we’re working as quickly as we can to get back to everyone.

Are you still running into issues with your android failing to launch Arc?

If so, please recreate this issue a few times and share a time stamp (date and time) of when the crashes occurred. That way, we can enable diagnostics on your account to take a closer look.
