I’ll take the opportunity to ask for an update on my unresolved support thread from august 2024: Blank Squares in Recently Played Section In Roon Remote After Starting Roon Radio from ARC Genre Pages (ref#N3AEU7)

I have also a question: having these support tickets that automatically close 14 days after the last reply, it’s impossible for me/us to ask for updates when they inevitably close. This has affected me negatively for a couple of previous support questions in the past that were simply left unresolved like everyone forgot about them and I had to create a new one to ask again for help. Is there any way to avoid this? Including this very one example where only because I’m opening a new support thread I can ask for an update to my august closed support thread.
