Description of Issue

I had to upgrade to Mac OS 11.5.2 and lost Roon. When I select Roon a blank white screen with the Roon icon and thats it.

Help. Thank you

Hi @Richard_Thorpe, can you try this and let us know if there is any change?

  • Exit out of Roon/Roon Server
  • Navigate to your Roon Database Location - Database\Registry\Core
  • Locate your tidal_account file and delete it
  • Try to start Roon again

Dylan,
In my library I have Roon, RoonBridge,RoonGoer,and RoonServer, I cannot find Tidal in any of them. Before the upgrade I was not logged in toTidal with the previous IOS version.

Dylan I deleted a file called account_v3 and got Roon started but it will not recognize any of my audio devices it’s stuck “searching for Squeezebox devices” I have none

Somehow got it working, thank you for your help. I am in rural Canada and do not have the Internet speed for Tidal or Qobuz so even though I subscribe at my LA home I cannot use them here.
