I have mentioned this before, but you might very much enjoy watching YouTube videos on Muscle Shoals, the studio and The Swampers (their sessions people). Cher, Paul Simon, Bob Seger, Lulu, Allman Bros, Box Scaggs, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Aretha Franklin, Rolling Stones, and so many others recorded there. Tiny little primitive place. There’s a great story about the piano intro to Bob Seger’s “Old Time Rock and Roll.” Only one of the Swampers is alive today.

I went there in `73, to neighboring Sheffield, AL to buy my first Harley. That was the magical time in rock (1969-75) and Blues.

Here’s a small sample: https://youtu.be/WIvenWN9TQE?si=s2DavUBhg9uEc2NB

Fleetwood Mac was a blues band before they crossed over to rock. I have one of those early albums.

nice statement, but thatfore I´m a little late born, from 1960, and from germany…
