Bluesound Node 2 not appearing in Roon Audio settings (ref#CSNMJX)

Please try to restart your Roon Server by closing the Roon app in the taskbar or rebooting your Roon Server machine.

Have you checked your firewall settings to ensure that Roon is allowed through?

Sometimes the issues can be resolved with a reinstall of your Roon Remote app. Let's try to perform a reinstall and see if it helps.

You mentioned a VPN. Have you tried disabling it?

· I tried disabling my VPN/proxy connection and Roon still won't connect

My Bluesound node 2 device (which is Roon ready) doesn't show up in the Audio settings. I need to solde this to use Roon app. It connects wuthout problem to my Qobuz account. So I do access my Qobuz library but I just can't listen to it.

I do use a regulmar modem provided by my internet provider. All connections are Wifi.

I noticed you mentioned you’ve temporarily disabled your VPN to see if that helps, without success. Since you’re running Roon on a Mac, it may be worth temporarily disabling your Mac firewall to see if that may help - here’s more information around firewalls and Roon:

If you still run into issues after testing the above - please bring your Roon Server back online, and we’ll enable diagnostics to take a closer look.

If you haven’t yet, it may also be helpful to stop Roon Server, and restart both your Mac, Bluesound device, as well as your router.

I have this exact same issue. Restarted Roon server (Hardware and Software), reinstalled Roon server on another computer, reinstalled Roon server on original server, Factory reset and updated Bluesound Node 2i - nothing has worked so far. VPN is not on, Firewall is not on.
