Description of Issue

Noticed that the icon for Apple TV and the NODE had changed to the generic speaker., went in to settings and noticed that it now says Bluesound NODE is uncertified. At this point it was playing. I tried to disable and re-enable and it won’t allow me to do that at all.

What build are you on?
Shows this in settings:about if unsure.
The latest is b884 for core and b880 for remotes I believe.

Hi @mrthomaskonrad,

Does the issue persist if you give your Roon Core a reboot?

If the reboot doesn’t work, try the following steps:

A. Stop Roon Server by using the WebUI interface.
B. Access the ROCK network share from a Mac or PC.
C. Open the RoonServer/Cache folder.
D. Delete the two files that have “devicedb” in their names.
E. Start RoonServer via the WebUI interface.

Happy New Year and thanks for the response. I am on the latest build.

The reboot did not fix it, but the other steps did. Thank you for the quick assist John. MUCH appreciated.
