Describe the issue

If I've grouped more than one of my 3 Bluesound zones together, I have problems playing back DSD content

Describe your network setup

Nucleus One, Eero Pro 6E routers (meshed), gigabit switches connect two zones directly back to Nucleus One, 3rd zone is plugged into an Eero Pro 6E router for fastest back haul to switched network

Bluos on those devices doesn’t support DSD, so Roon will need to down-converting to PCM. Doing this and playing back to 3 zones over WiFi mesh it’s possible processing speed is being held back . What is the signal path showing for each device when you try to do this. If any are x1.2 or below then you’re in drop out territory.

Hi @FoxFi ,

@CrystalGipsy is correct here, you won’t be able to play DSD content, but Roon should automatically resample the content to the a lower rate. I don’t see any Roon Servers tied to your current account, so looking over diagnostics is not possible unless you wish to send manual logs, but Signal Path should reflect some useful information, if it is lower than 1.2x your Roon Server might not have sufficient power for performing the conversion.
