The bookmarks feature seems to be very hit and miss. When I bookmark certain albums in TIDAL, they are often not retrievable when I come back and use the function. The albums are still there when I go back and do a manual search. Please advise.
Are these albums in your library or not?
If not, I would try adding them before you bookmark them. Roon’s metadata can change over time as our sources deliver more accurate and complete data. I can think of a few ways the non-library album you bookmarked might not be available any more, but once it’s in your library it will be long-lived.
If these albums are already in your library, @support can look at this in more detail.
