Brand new Bluesound node playing 192khz files, but silently

Just hooked up a brand new Node today. Was playing fine until it came to 192khz files, it plays the 192khz files, but silently. Anyone know the fix for this?

That sounds like a Bluesound problem, not a Roon problem. Bear in mind that Roon Support should not be burdened with troubleshooting your whole system just because Roon is your primary music playback method.

Didn’t know whose problem it was. That’s why I asked

Hi Carl. So, I just removed the cat 6 ethernet cable from Node to Nuwave dac. So running the Node wireless. Guess what, 192khz files play fine now. Could the cat6 Ethernet cable really be causing the problem?

I don’t really understand this, there is no RJ45 connection on a Nuwave DAC (at least from the images I’ve seen of it).

I would have thought the cat 6 cable should be connected between Node and Network Router/Switch.

Oh sorry, I meant removed the Ethernet from node to router
