Description Of Issue

Something is wrong with the last update 1.7 build 521 !!!
I downloaded the update yesterday and since then the transfer of DSD files from my Roon Windows 10 64bit PC to my USB DAC T + A MP3100HV via the USB ASIO driver has stopped working.
After pressing the play button in Roon the messages “Unexpected error communicating with audio device” and “Too many failures appear. Stopping playback ”.
To fix the error I already did a Windows system restore, reinstalled the T + A drivers for the MP3100HV in Windows and searched in vain for the previous version 1.7 (build 511) on the Internet.
Please tell me how I can get back to the old version 1.7 (build 511), which worked wonderfully, so that I can listen to my music again in DSD 512.
I expect feedback from you as soon as possible. Thank you!

Hello @Doru_Ghica,

Please use the steps shown in “Option 2” on this webpage to provide us a set of Roon diagnostic logs:

Once we have received the logs I will pass them to the technical team for analysis.

Hello John,

thank you for your email. I send as required the diagnostic logs to your technical team for analysis.

Meanwhile I solved the problem myself with the playback of DSD files over USB DAC ASIO driver that I reported a few hours ago.

The Problem is caused in build 521 by the enabled speaker setup in DSP.
If speaker setup is disable DSD 512 will run splendid like in build 511.

Anyway thank you again for your quick answer!

Hello @Doru_Ghica,

Glad to hear you were able to get playback back up and running.

I have filled a ticket with the QA team about the behavior with Speaker Setup DSP enabled, if they are able to reproduced we will get this in front of the developers.
