Cambridge Audio CXN (V2) - Played the 1st song from Roon Perfect - then nothing

Network Details (Including networking gear model/manufacturer and if on WiFi/Ethernet)

2.4 GHz WIFI

Audio Devices (Specify what device you’re using and its connection type - USB/HDMI/etc.)

Path 1 - CXN (V2) Path 2 - Ultra Rendu

Description Of Issue

Hooked up and setup my Cambridge Audio CXN V2 - loaded the software update. Setup the WiFi network. Went to Roon and the first song played perfectly.

Went to play a second song and the artwork loaded but the song would never play.

Cleared the queue and loaded another song but same results.

CXN plays from a direct USB HD, Internet Radio, Tidal, etc

Path 2 still works perfect.

There’s not a great deal of info supplied here & I’m far from the expert. I’m sorry! It sounds like a WIFI issue to me. Hopefully, that’s all the issue was & you were up and running in no time.

  1. When you’re using path 1, is your core connected via WiFi or just the CXN?
  2. Can you send me a screenshot of your signal path?
