I’m unable to find or access MUSE. The MUSE icon does not appear on Roon or ARC. I still have the old DSP feature (see attached).
MUSE is exactly the same as the old DSP feature, it’s just a new name and the logo is now a wavy line in exactly the same place as it always was
You still have your core and remote(s) on an outdated version, no?
Go to Settings, About, take note or screenshot, and tell/show us what versions you’ve got!

Muse was released with build 1277 so your behind on the remote. Go to the app in the AppStore it should offer an update for it. Remotes don’t update unless you have automatic updates set for the AppStore.
